This week we got some plans we are announcing some plans for the up coming months!
For the next month we are going to have a Summer of Scares. Now we not really no what we going to do. We couple of ideas but haven't came down to a conclusion. Now one of our ideas were that we were going have something to do about haunted attractions! Since we are getting closer and closer to Halloween.
We told you before we are going to have an online fear finder kind of a deal. Which we start in August!
For all the people who have a hauntspace! We just created a brand new Hauntspace but as of right now its under construction but it will be ready soon. So here is our hauntspace link: and if you did not go to haunt space please go to to check it out!

1408 Movie Review
Hello all,and we hope you are having a great week so far!
This week we got a Horror Movie review for you. This week we are reviewing Stephen King famous short story called 1408!
1408 is one of my favorite Stephen King movie. It was just a crazy story with a lot of really creepy parts! 1408 kinda of makes you feel like your the one who is really trapped in the Haunted Hotel Room. Now its one of only Stephen King books or short story that is mainly about ghost. But the movie and the book make it more then a visit to a haunted hotel go wrong but make it were it messes with your head. Now some might not agree with me but I think it is one of his best story's he has written he did not go into detail like most of his storys he has written in the past. So make sure if your into Stephen Kings books or like to read make sure you check that book out! Anyways this movie is a great film and love watching it. I wish all of his movies were this good!
So our rating is 6 out of 6 skulls!

History of The Motor City Horror Club
Hello all,hope you are having a great week so far! This month marks the 3rd year The Motor City Horror Club. Now the club did not get popular to that following Halloween but may is when started this club.
So we wanted to tell you the History of The Motor City Horror Club!
In May 2007 the club was started by Dustin Paras a guy who loved making reviews for haunted houses and movie reviews. But did not start the club until that following October. Now the first year was not our best we still had all the horror and haunted attractions reviews. But we did not a myspace for it so we just put the reviews on Dustin's Main Myspace. Also we only had about 3 members in the club. After that Halloween we quit all the way too the summer of 2008. When we got vice president of the club Craig Z started making a mysapce for the club. Also we met Channel 66.6 Haunted Radio who then became our first sponsor. During the Summer more and more members were joining our club and by that Halloween we had over 60 members. During Halloween trough Christmas we started new segments of the club like Haunting for the Holidays and Hauntober vote were you can vote for your favorite haunted house. Also we got a site made by channel 66.6. Now into our 3rd year we got 130 members and still growing!
First of all we want to Thank all of you Members of our club for making us a good club!! and to our sponsors for helping us out for getting the word out to everybody about our club!
Now we are trying to get to 150 members! and we need your help for it tell everybody about our club and try to get it too 150 members!
So we want to thank you for celebrating our 3rd year Anniversary with you guys so thank you very much!

It's Your Turn MCHC Members
Hello all, and welcome to a special edition to our newsletter this week!

As the months roll on to Halloween the club has been extremely busy making some big plans for the up coming months before Halloween. Now we can't tell you guys to much but we can tell you about a huge plan that were going to have. We are going to start a online haunted house finder in September but we will have haunted attractions in it starting in August. and it will be Free for anyone who wants a add in it. But more news on that will be coming later.
But we are running out of ideas right now we don't really no what to do for may or June. We have been thinking for a long time now but really can't make anything up. We have a couple of Movie Reviews for you but we don't want to keep writing them because it kinda is boring for us here at MCHC to write that every week.
