Hello all,
This week kicks of a new segment of the club called Haunted History Month were we write articles are certain subjects all about Halloween and Haunted Attractions. These article tell you how stuff got started.
Now we are going to re post some of the articles we did last years Haunted History Month but we are re posting some of the best articles that we did last year and also we got some new articles lined up as well.
So to get things started we are going to start with the history of one of the most popular holidays and my favorite holiday... Halloween
The History of Halloween:
Halloween gets it start by Celtic festival known as Samhain. The celebration of Samhain is at the end of the harvest Season. Its also known as the Celtic-New year. The festival was calibrated on October 31st. The Celts believed that October 31st was the boundary the living and the deceased dissolved and the dead became dangerous for the living by causing problems like sickness or damaged crops. The festivals would include having bonfires into which the bones of slaughtered livestock were thrown in. Costumes and masks were worn to attempt to copy evil spirits.
On Halloween or All Hollows Eve Celtics would but a skeleton in front of their window still to represent the departed. Lanterns were in northern Europe were first carved from a turnip or rutabaga.
Halloween Now:
Well Halloween is most cases is not a festival but a holiday in most country's. Now a days kids or some adults go out Trick or Treating for candy every October 31st. Halloween is one of the largest holidays next to Christmas. During the month of October Haunted houses going on and costumes and Halloween props being sold trough out the country

No Newsletter This Week
Hello all,
We want to say sorry for missing last weeks newsletter but we had a family emergency and we didn't have the time to post one
And we are sorry again for this week we were going to post a new horror movie review on The Wolfman (2010) but we had no time to see it last weekend and the way this week has been going we prolly wont see the movie till Friday or Saturday
So I didn't want to post anything new this week

Stepfather Movie Review!!
Hello all,
This week are back in action and we Finley got a new horror movie review for you guys,This week we are reviewing... Stepfather(2009)
So lets get started!
Well most of you know,that this movie was a remake from the 80's slasher film which was a good movie, now I know here we go another horrible remake. But to me I thought this was actually a decent film. Now you can't beat the original but this move dose do a good job to make it compare to the original. That is actually one of the reason why I like this film because it really didn't change anything they kept to the same plot and didn't had anything else in like you see in a lot of remakes now a day. But I do got some bad things to say about this film, it is very Dull it is really boring almost all the way to the very end were it gets exciting. Which to me is kinda of dumb if you are going to have a movie at least make it kinda exciting trough out the entire film not just one part of the film. Another thing I disliked about The Stepfather is that there was no music in the whole entire film and to me music is a key to a good movie. Music can set the mood in the movie and this movie was missing it. But other then that I enjoyed watching this film it stock to the original and made it a lot better. So if you liked the original I pretty much think you will like this move as well,its well worth the watch!
